Szentendre-Visegrád-Esztergom

After taking the first stop in Szentendre having forty minutes drive through the hunting region of the Pilis Mountains, arriving at Esztergom. The town was the first capital of Hungary, the royal seat of St. Stephen, the first king of the country.

The Esztergom Basilica is the biggest Roman Catholic Church in the country. From the palace wall you can enjoy the view of the other side of the river Danube which is already the Republic of Slovakia.

After 20 minutes drive along the river, arriving at Visegrad one can admire the breathtaking view of the Danube bend from a medieval citadel castle. A renaissance town, which in the 14th century served as the capital of Hungary.
